Mash at 70C for 60 minutes in 6 litres.
Sparge at 80C 8 litres.
Add 5g Citra and 5g Simcoe at start of boil.
Add 10g Citra and 10g Simcoe at 5 mins.
Cool to circa 20C, and transfer to FV. Top up to 10 litres if needed.
Pitch yeast and ferment for two weeks.
