Steep grains for 60 minutes at 155º F in Muslin Bag. Remove and let drain over kettle. Discard bag or roast spent grain for flour!!!
Boil full wort for 60 minutes with Cascade Hops.
Tettnang Hops for the last 5 minutes of boil.
All Hops are pelleted and settle out in fermenter.
Pitch 1 t of Yeast Will take a while to finish.
