Steep at 160 for 20 min
Bring to boil, remove from heat, add extracts
Return to boil for 45 min
Add hops per timing
Chill to 68-74
Fill fermenter with 2 gal cold water
Add wort and fill to 5.5
Take OG
Aerate and add yeast
Store at 68-74
Day 5, transfer to 2ndary on dry hops
Day 8, take FG, bottle if done
