"Essentially a clone of the Sierra Nevada Torpedo IPA. The only difference was the addition of the Melanoidin malt. Character, color, nose and flavor are all on point with the actual brand. I used a hop bag tethered to the SS fermenter (which was only to be submerged for 4 days) to be able to lift up and out of suspension but the string snapped and the hop time was 10 days. still flavorful. The ABV came in slightly higher at 8.71%. Primary wrapped up on day 10 and kegging was 4 days later.. "
