Calcium goes in after mash (pre boil). Half of a Campden tablet goes into the strike water early. mash temp 153~156 degrees (165 strike water). the peanut component is PB powdered peanut. Marshmallow component is Fluff. No dry hopping. chocolate and black malts are late mash additions (30 minutes)

"This took nearly 5 weeks of bottle conditioning to get completely mellow. After just 2 weeks the flavors were a bit sharp and slightly astringent. The 5 week mark was perfect. If anything 3-4oz more of powdered peanut butter and 2 more ounces of Fluff would have given it a touch more of the flavor profile I was looking for. "
