"Sparge the heck out of this one! For all the extra goodness. Seriously, I teabagged the grains for nearly an hour, which exceeded the OG. Fun. The results are a fabulous orange color, this beer gets better if you can leave it lagering -- on gas or in bottle -- for a month or more (good luck). Still very drinkable when young. "
