temp up or down
Ferment 7 Days Primary 14 Days Secondary
Will add 1/2 pak of Lallemond EC-1118 (Champange yeast) to
the Secondary
Yeast in Primary is actually SafAle BE-256, not listed in the Cap Brew
menu but the Fermentis SafBrew Abbaye might be appreciated
