Start Volume---- 28 litres .
Mash 21 litres at 70º for 60 minutes and leave it to mash over night.
Sparge with 7 litres.
Pre-Boil Sample Gravity- 1050
Final Gravity- 1044
Boil volume 22,5 litres- for 60 minutes.
Final volume 22 litres
After 10 days fermenting dry hop with 55 grams of Saaz and 47,5 grams of Centennial for 3 days and then bottle.
