Rampas de brassagem:

Aquecer 20lts de água à 40 graus.
Adicionar o malte Pilsen e os flocos de milho.
Acidificação: 38 graus por 10 minutos
Subir a temperatura para 64 graus.
Beta Amilase: 64 graus por 50 minutos

Ao fim da Beta Amilase subir a temperatura para 74 graus.
Adicionar os maltes Vienna e Carapils.
ALfa Amilase: 74 graus por 25 minutos

Subir a temperatura para 78 graus e deixar por 5 minutos.

Fervura: 30 minutos (contagem regressiva)
Adicionar 15 gramas de Columbus aos 25 minutos.
Adicionar o whirfloc aos 10 minutos.
Depois de desligar fazer o whilpool e esperar o mosto parar de girar.
