Mash at 67º for 70 minutes. Then, leave it in the kettle for overnight mash. (22 litres).
Boil ___ litres for 60 min adding 28 grams of cascade hops for bittering.
Sparge with 8 litres at 75º.
After first fermentation, siphon 6 litres and add 800gr. of strawberries. Thawed and then make a pureé or mash them. Left them to ferment for 5 days.
