Amarillo + cascade in sok 15'
Yeast nutrient 10'
Ultramoss 5'

Ferment:
Transfer second hop in sok to fermenter
Primary 6 days @22°
First 6 hr airation
Cooling to 10dgr

Bottle with 5 gr/liter priming give the yeast plenty of time !
