-Mash Specialty Grains at 148-154 for 60 Minutes in 3 gallons of water
-Remove grains and proceed to 60 minute boil
-Add Warm LME
-Add DME
-1 ounces hops 45 minutes
-Add spices with Hops addition
-0.5-1 ounces hopes 10 minutes
-Cool wort (siphon from pot through ice water into fermenting bucket with 2 gallons of cold water inside)
-Ferment at 60-70 degrees
Bottling
-Use Brown sugar for bottling
