-Mash Specialty Grans and Pumpkin at 160 degrees for 60 Minutes in 3 gallons of water
-Remove grains and proceed to 60 minute boil
-Add Warm LME
-Add DME
-0.75 ounces hops 60 minutes
-0.25 ounces hopes 15 minutes
-Add spices with second Hops addition
-Cool wort (siphon from pot through ice water into fermenting bucket with 2 gallons of cold water inside)

-Add Brown Sugar for Bottling
