Mash Profile:
- Main Mash - 67ºC for 60 min.
- Mash Out - 75ºC for 15 min.
Whirlpool: for 5 to 15 min.
Fermentation Profile:
- Primary - 17ºC for 3-7days
- Secondary - 22ºC for 2-3 days (When you have the same SG, it will be your FG, for 3 days in a role, increase the temperature to 22ºC for 2-3 days.)
- Cold Crash - 4ºC for 2-5 days
- Carbonation - 22ºC for 7-10 days
- Conditioning - 7ºC for 2-5 days
Priming:
6 g/L of table sugar (sugar cane), direct in the bottle (pet keg of 1L).
