"Not quite Hooter Brown. The Kveik's fruit flavors covers up the honey flavor and aroma a little bit more than I would like. But, it is still a good beer. Very rich and sweet. Not quite as drinkable as Hooter. Next time, I will use US-05, halve the honey malt and leave out the crystal while increasing the base malt."
