add grain at 120*F, raise to 145* for 20min and raise to 160* for 20 minutes. Raise to 168 and mash out grain for 7 minutes. Drain grain bag and raise temp to boil. Add 1st hop at boil for 55 minutes then add second hop for 15 minutes (70 total). Remove hops, strain if required and chill wort to 55-60*F. Add to fermenter and agitate or oxygenate wort.
