2 lb honey malt in grain bag
Mash Honey malt at 152 for 30 min in 2gal water
30 min boil
drop kettle temp and add cold water
Add to Firmzilla All Rounder
Oxygenate and pitch yeast of choice. First try California Lager
Pressure ferment to 35psi starting at 68 deg finish higher
