18g M02 cider yeast (mangrove jacks)
Tablespoon Pectinase
2 Teaspoons Citric Acid
Froze pears, defrosted smashed and blended then boiling water + sugar + apple juice concentrate
23L volume in fermenter but lots of fruit so will have to see final liquid volume, guessing 19 ish
