split dry hops into 3 sets
1st DH on day 3
2nd DH on day 7
3rd DH on Day 11
Transfer to keg and cold crash
carb to 2.3

*really tasty!!
Didn't hit OG or FG though
Figure out what went wrong there, could drop the oats a bit though.
