Mash at 152 for 60 (raise to 170?)
recirculate for 10-15
Sparge at 170 to collect 7g
60 minute boil
Add hops per schedule
Yeast nutrient at 5
cool to 180
Add whirlpool hops for 20
Cool to pitching temp
Aerate and pitch yeast
split dry hops into 3 sets
1st DH on day 3
2nd DH on day 7
3rd DH on Day 11
Transfer to keg and cold crash
carb to 2.3
*really tasty!!
Didn't hit OG or FG though
Figure out what went wrong there, could drop the oats a bit though.
