Strike with 18L at 73C to reach 66C
Once mashed in 30 minute rest with ambient temp drop
Then recirc wort with heating for 1 hour, maintaining 66C
Recirc + heat to mashout temp 75C for 15 minutes
Drain first wort into fermenter
Sparge with 78C water
Recirc sparge water at 75C
Drain second wort into fermenter
Remove grain/trub from robobrew
Transfer both worts into robobrew
Boil for 90 minutes
Drop chilling coil in at flame out
Once 66C reached, increase water flow through chiller
Pitch yeast @ 20C
Ferment at 19C
Diacetyl rest at 22C
FG: 1.004!!!
Crash cool and keg 2.5 volumes co2
