- Mash for 30 minutes at 67ºC in 4 litres of water
- Add 1 kg DME and bring to boil
- Top up volume to 8 litres, use some of the water to rinse out grains
- Add 7 g of Admiral hop pellets
- After 45 minutes remove 200 ml of wort and cool down to 20ºC, add 3g of S-04
- After 45 minutes add some Protafloc
- Boil for another 15 minutes
- Add 3g of Admiral hop pellets
- Switch of hob
- Cool down to 22ºC
- Transfer to demijohn and add yeast
