Mash at 155F(68C) for 60 minutes
Add hops,chocolate and coffee as indicated.
Ferment for 2 weeks at 65F(18C)
Soak 0.25 oz french oak chips in 1 cup Kentucky bourbon for 2 days
Soak ground cold-brewed kona coffee in 1 cup boiled and cooled water. Leave overnight in refrigerator.
Strain out grounds, add coffee with bourbon and wood chips to secondary
Rack beer and condition for 2-6 months at 55-60F(13-16C)
