Mash @ 155F for 50 mins then move to 168F for 10 mins
Boil 60 mins
Add .1 oz cascade @ 30 mins mark
Add remaining hops @ 5 mins mark or boil off
Cool to 105F and add honey
Cool to 70 - 80 and add yeast
Ferment 10 - 12 days or until fermentation is complete
