1.5 lb (0.68 kg) light Munich malt
0.56 lb (0.25 kg ) caramel Munich malt
0.09 lb (41 g) Carafa malt
0.25 oz (7 g) Magnum pellet hops, 15.1% a.a. (50 min)
0.35 oz (9.9 g) Horizon pellet hops
0.5 oz (14 g) Tettnanger pellet hops, 3.7% a.a. (30 min)
Wyeast No. 1007 German ale yeast

DIRECTIONS

Mash grains at 148° F (64° C) for 90 minutes
Primary fermentation for 14 days at 62° F (17° C) in glass.
Secondary fermentation for 7 days at 38° F (3° C) in steel.
