INSTRUCTIONS |

Maischen
Verwarm 8 liter water tot 50-58 graden. Voeg mouten toe.
Fase 1 50-58 graden - 10 minuten
Fase 2 61-63 graden - 30 minuten
Fase 3 72-75 graden - 20 minuten
Fase 4, verwarm wort al roerende naar 78 graden. Als 78 graden is bereikt, dan spoelen.
Spoelen
Verwarm 7 liter water tot 78 graden en spoel dit door de mout.
Na koken (90 minuten), koel wort zo snel mogelijk naar 21 graden
Bottelen
Voeg 6 gram kristalsuiker per liter bier toe.
