INSTRUCTIONS

BIAB- mash temp:152f. Strike water: 162f (8-9 gallons). Sparge: Allow bag to drain. use 3-4 gallons @170f to sparge to regain wort pre-boil volume. Cool down: cool to 65f, aerate, add pitch. Ferment @ 68f for 5-6 days bring temp to 170f for 3 days for a diacetyl rest. allow up to 2 weeks for fermentation. Cool crash 40f-34f for 3 days.
