INSTRUCTIONS

This is a BIAB set up. modify to your own set up. My kettle boils off 1.5 gallons an hour. Adjust to your set up. Mash-in @152 (10 gallons of strike water @163). Sparge 3-4 gallons with water at 168-170 degrees to gain back your pre-boil volume. after mash-in is done raise temp to 170 and hold for 10 minutes before removing brew bag and start to boil. at this point you can start to sparge while wort is starting to boil. add whirlfloc and nutrient at 15 minutes to flameout. Aerate the wort for your yeast. Ferment at 68f. When you are close to terminal raise the temp in the fermenter to 69-71 f for 3 days for diacetyl rest. Dry hop during high krausen on day 3 or 4.
