INSTRUCTIONS |

Mash at 152F.
Add Corn Sugar and Molasses last 5 minutes of boil or at flameout. (bitterness will be closer to 70 IBUs with late addition of sugar and lower boil gravity).
Make a 2L starter to get yeast active prior to pitch.
Ferment at 65F-68F - will take at least 2 weeks.
Agitate first few days to insure yeast is roused well. While a high-alcohol tolerant ale yeast, will stall if you don't watch it.
