INSTRUCTIONS |
This is a BIAB using Crystal Geyser Spring water.10.19 gallons are needed of strike water to get to boil size. Marshmallow Fluff. Cashews should be crushed and roasted and added to secondary in a sterile muslin bag. salts are for the hot strike water just before mashing in.
Mash-in temp is between 148-154 degrees. I aimed for 152 degrees.
fermentation should be 68 degrees
