INSTRUCTIONS

BIAB.Crystal Geyer spring water was used to make this. Strike water: 152 degrees. Mash-in: 146 degrees. 10lbs of Fawcett Marris otter and 2lbs of Crisp Maris otter. Viking pale 2-row malt. Best Miaz spelt malt. Flaked wheat and Carapils are Briess. dry hop day 4. if pressure fermenting: 48 degrees @ 13psi for spunding. This appies to all "jinx/jinxed" IPAs
