Recipe is in development stage shooting for low alcohol 4.3% and malty with balanced hops using US base malts dry yeast. After brewing my efficiency fell to 68% not sure why fermenting at 56°

INSTRUCTIONS

Basic instructions Step mash in 15G keg 30 min 122° 30 min 144° 20 min 160° Sparge approx. 13 gallons wort in 15G boil kettle Bring to boil add first hops after 15 min. Boil total time 60 min Cool then sparge into two buckets. When under 80 add dry yeast, ferment at 50 for 3 weeks, raise to 50 for 3 days. Rack into 5gallon soda cans and refrigerate Put under C02 pressure it may take 2 weeks to carbonate nicely. UPDATE: I tapped into this after 2 months after a long cold condition. This is better than craft beer...haha
