Step Mash, with this method there could be little rest between temp. rests. No worry, it does it's job very well every time. It's easy.

I fixed the grain calculations entering ounces into decimals.
For this batch I'm re pitching a Danstar British Ale Yeast for the 3rd time.
also use an oxygen bottle boost the next monring
I use 15 gallons of water to produce 11 gallons of beer.
Cooling the wort takes water I haven't started measuring.
