INSTRUCTIONS

Mash at 150F for 60 minutes, sparge at 170F and collect 6.5 gallons of wort to start boil for 60 mins adding hops at times indicated. Ferment at 68F for 14 days adding dry hops at day 7. Bottle condition or force carbonate in keg to 2.5 Vols.of Co2.
