INSTRUCTIONS |

Start Volume---- 30 litres .
Mash 20 litres at 67º for 75 minutes and leave it to mash over night.
Sparge with 10 litres at 70º.
Pre-Boil Sample Gravity- 1039
Post Boil (Original Gravity)- 1044
Boil volume 26 litres- for 45 minutes.
Final volume- 23,5 litres
Fermented in primary only for 18 days after siphoning to get a final amount of 22 litres.
