INSTRUCTIONS |

2.5g CaCl. On this batch use all filtered tap. Pilsner is Best Malz. Hops are Edelweiss. Do not use SMB or AA. Do not worry about the mid-boil pH adjustment. Use a gel solution once the beer is cold in the keg.
