INSTRUCTIONS

Mash in 19 liter, 61° 30' (PH5.5-> 5.3= 1ml lactic acid) Scarification 67° 30' no mash out to give the enzymes the chance to continue their excellent work during lautering. Sparge 8 liter 78° Boil 60' Cascade 60' in spider Amarillo + cascade in sok 15' Yeast nutrient 10' Ultramoss 5' Ferment: Transfer second hop in sok to fermenter Primary 6 days @22° First 6 hr airation Cooling to 10dgr Bottle with 5 gr/liter priming give the yeast plenty of time !
