INSTRUCTIONS |

Mash in at 170. Convert at 152 for ~one hour.
Only one addition of hops at the start of the boil.
Use a yeast starter made the night before. (100g DME in 1 Liter water)
All water is bottled drinking water.
Goldlings could also be used.
