INSTRUCTIONS

Mash in 3.3 gallons at 170 strike water temperature for a temperature of 152-155 F. Sparge with 170F water. The boil should be no less than 70 minutes with the hop schedule below. Use a yeast starter (100 grams DME in 1 liter water) Ferment at around 65F, do not use a secondary.
