This is a gluten light recipe I make for my wife who is gluten intolerant. The Clarity Ferm will remove almost of the gluten when added with the yeast to the wort.

INSTRUCTIONS

Clean and section pumpkin. Roast the pumpkin in oven for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove outer shell of pumpkin and add to grains to partial mash at 152 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove grains and pumpkin, add extracts and boil.
