INSTRUCTIONS |
|
- BIAB stove top
- mash in 1 gallon at 152F 20 mins
- add hops per recipe
- add frozen bananas at flameout
- add cold tap water to 1.5gals
- pitch yeast when wort temp is 75F
- vanilla added at bottling
- ferment as warm as possible (to 70F) for max banana flavour
