INSTRUCTIONS

-Mash Specialty Grains at 160 degrees for 60 Minutes in 3 gallons of water -Remove grains and proceed to 60 minute boil -Add Warm LME -Add DME -1 ounces hops 60 minutes -Add spices with 30 minutes left in boil -0.5-1 ounces hopes 10 minutes -Cool wort (siphon from pot through ice water into fermenting bucket with 2 gallons of cold water inside) Bottling -Use Brown sugar for bottling
