INSTRUCTIONS

1. Partial Mash in at 155F for 60 minutes for Roast Barley Malt, Wheat Malt, Quaker Oats and un-malted wheat. 2. Boil for 60 minutes with magnum hops & add citra hops. coriander and orange peel addition towards the end of the boil, cool the wort asap and pitch in the yeast at room temperature and allow it to ferment for 7 days fermentation at room temperature. (create a dme starter 24 hours prior to boost the fermentation) 3. Racking to secondary for 1 hour for clarity and sediment reduction. 4. Mixing golden caramelized sugar (210 grams) to secondary for carbonation. 5. 14th day Beer tasting & evaluation.. Cheers
