INSTRUCTIONS

Mash at 150 for 60 with a ramp up to 158 during the final 20. 75 minute addition should be first wort hops. Final hop addition at flameout. Ferment outside, which will hopefully be at lager temperature. Might be better characterized as a British Golden Ale, but the hops make it taste more like a pilsner.
