INSTRUCTIONS |
|
Standard brew, 152 F for 60 Min, add 1/2 hops at thirty minutes, the rest at end of boil. Add dried orange peel and Meadowsweet in small muslin bag at 45 min mark, remove at end of boil. ferment in your cool dark place for 1-2 weeks, then move to bottling bucket and bottle however you like.
Refrigerate for 12-24 hours for best drinking. Pairs well with chicken and pork dishes.
