INSTRUCTIONS

This is actually 5 gallons of cheap apple juice instead of sugar (that is just the sugar content in the apple juice). Don't actually boil at all; just pour the juice in the fermenter, warm the honey in a warm water bath to loosen it, and then pour it in with the apple juice. Add a lot of nutrient and don't forget to de-gas as you go.
