This is not how the recipe was supposed to be. I missed my boil off by 50%, which increased my volume and decreased my OG and IBU. I added amalyse enzyme and brown sugar to compensate a little. Luckily the wort still tasted good, so I'm optimistic I'll have a nice, very light, darker lager.
Update: this is nice. It needs only half the hops, though.
