INSTRUCTIONS |

Strike Temp 157F
Mash for 1 hour.
Do not allow mash to go above 175F
Mash out for 10 minutes at 170 (optional)
Squeeze bag...
Boil for 1 hour
5 minutes into boil add hops
50 minutes into boil add Irish Moss
cool to 65 and pitch yeast.
Ferment at 63F until done.
