INSTRUCTIONS

filled fermenter to 23L 7kg scrumped pears from corner of burt and rutland (0.7kg fermentable sugar) 0.75kg white sugar 1.7kg apple juice concentrate (mangrove jacks nz brewers series carton) - 1.19kg of fermentable 18g M02 cider yeast (mangrove jacks) Tablespoon Pectinase 2 Teaspoons Citric Acid Froze pears, defrosted smashed and blended then boiling water + sugar + apple juice concentrate 23L volume in fermenter but lots of fruit so will have to see final liquid volume, guessing 19 ish
