INSTRUCTIONS |

Want slightly hard water - add minerals as needed
Mash at 149 for 50 minutes
Raise temp to 170 and hold for 10
Sparge with 170 to gather 6.75g in kettle
Boil wort for 60m - adding hops as scheduled
Whirfloc and yeast nutrient at 10
Pitch yeast at designated temp
Ferment for two weeks
transfer to keg & lager for 4-6 weeks
