Single infusion mash at 154 For 60m Sparge at 170 (and hold for 10?) 7g Transfer wort to kettle Boil wort for 60 minutes Add boil hops per schedule Whirlpool hops between 165-180 Cool to pitching temp Aerate as transfer to fermentor Remove trub from conical after settling Aerate wort again Pitch yeast at designated temp First dry hops at 2nd day of Krausen Let rest 2-3 days after hitting OG Second dry hop 4-5 days before kegging
